Do I have to complete the course within 8 weeks?

No. We understand that life is busy. Although there are 8 modules and you approach one of these each week, you can take as much time as you need and will have lifetime access to the content. After all, there's a lot of content to get through, and extra resources for those hungry to learn more.

We love that many of our previous alumni still to this day go back and work through modules to support them in their journeys. We never stop learning!

How much time will I need to dedicate to the course?

The Work in Wellness course was specifically designed as a part-time course and definitely with people in full-time employment in mind. We recommend you dedicate between 4 to 6 hours per week so hopefully manageable alongside your busy life (that said, we'd encourage you to prioritise your dreams)! With each module, we recommend additional resources to read or listen to and these may require additional time.

Who do I speak to if I have a question about the course content?

The private community group online is specifically designed for the cohort to voice any questions. In addition, the Welltodo team will be able to support you through this group and answer any questions you have.

For any technical issues that may arise, including trouble accessing the content or IT issues, the team will be on hand to help. Just reach out via careers@welltodoglobal.com.

I live outside of the UK, is Work in Wellness still relevant for me?

Yes! Work in Wellness is an online careers course welcoming people from all corners of the globe. You can complete this course from anywhere in the world and we've had previous alumni from the USA, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Spain, France, Poland and more.

Will I get anything to prove that I have completed the course?

Apart from a toolkit to land your dream job, you’ll also receive a certificate of completion – great for your CV and it's something companies in the industry recognise as a sign of incredible proactivity!

Do you offer refunds?

​If you are unhappy with the Work in Wellness course within the first 14 days, we'll give you your money back. Email us at any time within the first 2 weeks, show us you have completed the exercises and we'll happily send you a full refund. We do not offer refunds after 14 days.

How does a payment plan work?

If you choose to purchase with a payment plan, you will spread the total cost of the course over 2, 3 or 6 months (depending on which plan you chose). You will also be charged a small finance fee which is outlined in the Terms & Conditions and shown in the price breakdown. On purchase, the first instalment will be debited from your account. The remaining payments (depending on your plan) will then be debited automatically from the same account at 30-day intervals.
